Avalanche
Caught in an avalanche
At approximately 18:00 on Thursday, March 16th three people were caught in a roof slide at one of the Purgatory Ski resort condos. Two children and one parent. Durango Fire & Rescue excavated all three. All 3 were flown to Front Range medical facilities.
