The Buena Vista Mountain Adventures (BVMA) Avalanche Rescue + WFA Combo is a three-day course that teaches backcountry travelers to perform avalanche rescue and provide critical medical care. Students learn to locate and extract a buried partner, assess patients, deliver essential treatment, and manage evacuations in remote settings.
