Observation Summary
Triggered a wind slab avalanche ~50-80ft across and 6-12” deep. The slab broke almost at the top of emperor couloir and happened at a steep rollover that was wind loaded. No one was caught in the slide and no other parts of the route showed any signs of cracking or collapse.
