Report Information
Observation Summary
Surprisingly cold snow on anything north facing. Bailed halfway through booting intended line due to trapdoor facets the entire way up. About 2" of sun crust at surface, then the entire rest of the snowpack was faceted. Snow in the basin floor and anything slightly solar (even NE facing) was very wet and releasing loose wet by ~11. Conditions varied wildly based on how much sun it had received in the morning. Most of the couloir was firm and chicken-heady while skiers left flank was soggy and slid in loose wet readily
