Report Information

Observation Summary

Some natural slides observed on NE type aspects, all shown in pics. On sun baked S aspects there was a ton of whoomphing, some felt and sounded quite large / wide. Pit pic is from near a larger sounding whoomph. No whoomphs on N facing, or in more sun protected areas. Approximate hardnesses penciled in on image. Wasn’t totally clear to me which layer was collapsing. Possibly the wet stuff just below the pencil hard sun crust?

N facing at higher elevations skied really well. S facing stuff was overcooked by the time I got on it, well past cream cheese consistency.
