Snowpack
Cracking:
None
Collapsing:
None
Snow surfaces struggled to soften today with mid level SCT clouds and a light breeze. Crusts on SE-S aspects BTL finally gave way at 1300. SW aspects ATL softened at 1400 and were supportive with the top 10 cm's holding moist snow on the surface until 1500. After that WL were easy to trigger on the 3/3 interface entrenching snow and running almost full track. W aspects BTL were barely supportive to AF at 1400.
Weather
BKN>FEW, max temp 37/23 deg. WSW 5-15 G 20's. Clouds started to break after 1200.
