Observation Summary
Observed what appears to be a recent avalanche below the NE ridge of Homestake Peak (to the west of Tennessee Pass). HS-N-R3-D3. The crown seemed to extend for about 1/4 mile from 13,000ft on a northeast aspect to 12,800ft on a southeast aspect. Observed from the Ski Cooper parking lot.
