The ridge between Sniktau and Grizzly Peak was very bare, the remaining snow on the west side was extremely bulletproof. However, we found significant cracking in a thin wind slab layer when skinning up to Cupid via the northeast aspect.
We dropped into Dave's Wave around 11am and it was still extremely hard and icy down to around 12000ft.

Booted up to Sniktau saddle, skied into Kearney Bowl, then skinned up the northeast aspect to Cupid and skied down Dave's Wave.
