Observation Summary
Observed about 4 inches of fresh snow on the old snow surface. There were no obvious signs of wind slab or drifting snow. I triggered a large sluff about midway down Z Chute on skier's right near the cliff. The new snow slide on the interfave between the old and new snow. SS-ASu-D1-R1-I. I skied to skier's left and to avoid the sluff. No one was caught, and we continued to ski in less steep terrain.
Route Description
Toured from Current Creek to Hidden Knoll. Rode X Bowl Right, Z Chute, and X Bowl Left. Then returned to Current Creek trailhead.
