Observation Summary
I spent most of my day touring and taking observation on a SE aspect NTL. HS generally ranged from 80-105cm, however there were a few areas with 40-50cm due to either previous solar exposure or wind scouring. The snowpack structure is pretty typical for CO this time of year with strong upper half of the snowpack over a weak lower half of the snowpack. I dug a fairly quick pit on this SE aspect at 11.6k. HS of 95cm and slope angle of 17 degrees. On the hand hardness scale the snowpack looked like the following: 95-90cm (F), 90-75cm (4F), 75-50cm (1F), 50-15cm (F), and 15-0cm (4F). A CT test resulted in CTM (SP) @ 50cm on 2mm depth hoar (11th tap).
