Got to top of chute via peak 6 right before 2. We saw a crown of recent avalanche at top of k chute. Decided to ride along debris field. Partner found 1 ski in debris part way down and another few hundred yards down. This slide ran to the ground and entire length of chute near creek. Called emergency services who were unaware. Once search group arrived, were able to match skis with reported person in ER. This group evidently dropped around 11:45am and one skier was caught.
